Four injured in riots between far-right demonstrators and counter-protesters in Germany Abroad

The four were taken to hospital with injuries to their hands and heads. The police are investigating the case and are looking for six to ten people from a left-wing group. Earlier, far-right activists at Glauchau station had thrown rocks at a train carrying left-wing protesters, police said.

Police arrested 37 right-wing extremists. Two counter-protesters were said to have suffered minor injuries, a third was in worse condition. One of the attackers, according to the police, gave a Nazi salute, another was wearing a belt with a swastika.

There were also riots at the station in Chemnitz on Sunday. There, fifty far-right demonstrators were taken off a train.

The march in Zwickau was organized by the extreme right-wing group Der Dritte Weg.
