The first incident was reported to the police at midnight: a father and a son had been beaten out of nowhere and kicked at a birthday party. One of the victims got a table thrown on his head.
The second incident occurred around 2:05 am. Also on Geldropseweg, two men were beaten out of thin air and kicked. One man was knocked unconscious, the other man was kicked in the face.
The police discovered through investigation that both acts of violence were most likely committed by the same two people. The identities of both persons are known, the police report on Facebook.
Arrest
One of the two suspects was arrested in his girlfriend’s house in Geldrop. It is a man from Geldrop. We went there with several units because we are aware that the suspect has practiced or practiced a martial art.
The second suspect could not be arrested immediately. The Dommelstroom team investigation will conduct further investigations into this case.
