“Four Injured in Car Accident at Intersection of Aktienstr. / Eppinghofer Str. in Mülheim, Germany – June 2nd, 2022”

On Thursday, June 2nd, 2022 at around 9:00 a.m., the fire brigade control center was informed of an accident at the intersection of Aktienstr. / Eppinghofer Str. informed. As a result, several ambulances, an emergency doctor vehicle, an emergency vehicle and the management service to the site were alerted. For an unknown reason, two cars collided in the intersection area, with one car pushing the other car against a truck. Four people were injured in the accident, two of them seriously. The injured people were treated by the ambulance service and emergency doctor. After being treated and prepared for transport, the two seriously injured people were transported to maximum care hospitals and the two slightly injured people were transported to nearby hospitals. Significant damage was caused to all vehicles. The fire brigade ensured fire protection at the scene and supported the rescue service. For the duration of the operation, the crossing area and the feeder road were cordoned off by the police. There were significant traffic delays in the area.
