Scientific pathIn Auxerre, from October 1 to 11, 2021, the libraries and the museum have planned an entertainment program around an exhibition entitled Imaginaries, from Tolkien to Harry Potter. Science and literature will combine to study themes such as science fiction, the imagination and the imagination. Meetings, conferences, shows and screenings are planned for ten days on the various sites of the city.
Science villageOn Friday 8 and Saturday 9 October, a science village will be set up in the premises of Inspé, the National Higher Institute for Teaching and Education (24, rue des Moreaux). Only the second day will be open to everyone, the first being reserved for schoolchildren. Led by associations, professionals and students, about fifteen workshops are announced, on very diverse themes: we can learn about stars, nettles, robots or optical illusions.

Fauna and mechanicsIn Sens, the Paul-Bert school (2, rue François-Mauriac) will host the science festival. Two workshops reserved for schools are planned during the week of October 4. The pupils can first try their hand at creating an animated book on the small fauna that lives around the school. The second workshop will be dedicated to the modeling of Lego® vehicles using technical data sheets.
Traveling planetariumAt the Philippe-Cousteau college in Brienon-sur-Armançon, fifth grade students will take part in the science festival on Thursday, October 7. As a team, they will participate in various workshops and will be able to visit a traveling planetarium, set up especially for them for a day.
