Huawei seems to have a well-oiled strategy: to multiply smartphone models despite American sanctions. With the Y7p, an entry-level model that has just been released on the Lebanese market, it seems that the Chinese manufacturer has decided to diversify its products.

The Huawei Y7p comes with a triple camera configuration powered by artificial intelligence (AI), which consists of a main camera of 48 megapixels for shooting in high resolution, a super wide angle camera of 8 MP for panoramic landscape photos and wide angle videos and a 2 MP assist camera for depth of field effects. While most smartphones support wide-angle photography, the Y7p takes it one step closer to the super wide with a 120-degree field of view. In other words, the user is now able to adapt the whole of the roofs of a city, or get more colors in the sky during a sunset. The same procedure applies to video, which means that he can record his favorite sporting event in a full frame without having to zoom in or out every time.
4. Be creative
When you want to shoot a video, creativity can make a difference. With the Y7p, the camera can film at a speed of 480 frames per second, recording video at 1/16 of actual speed. The user is thus able to capture every detail. Meanwhile, with photos, it can switch to “wide aperture” mode, which uses the main 48-megapixel camera and the 2MP assist camera for photos with fuzzy depth of field effects and little deep.
