Four Formula 1 drivers have to fear grid penalty for British GP

Four drivers must report to the stewards after the sprint qualification. Two for an incident during the sprint qualifying and the rest for a possible violation during the second free practice on Saturday afternoon.

Firstly, Carlos Sainz, Sebastian Vettel and Nikita Mazepin must report to the stewards because they may not have followed instructions given by race director Michael Masi about those test starts while making a test start in VT2.

Sainz also has to report for an incident with George Russell on the opening lap of the sprint qualifying. The Spaniard came into contact with the Briton and spun off the track. Because of that incident, both drivers have to answer.

Finally, Sainz has to go to the stewards a third time, because he may have returned to the track in an unsafe manner immediately after that incident. The stewards are busy.
