Four echelons with military equipment and Russian soldiers have arrived in Belarus

On Friday morning, at 7:30, an echelon arrived at the Polonka railway station in the Baranovichi district of the Brest Region, consisting of about 30 platform cars with wheeled equipment, four closed cars and two passenger cars with staff. “Belaruski Gajun” noted that the equipment brought included “Kamaz” and “Ural” trucks, armored personnel carriers and fuel tanks.

This echelon had already left the Kantemirovka railway station of the Voronezh region of Russia, which is located near the border with the Luhansk region of Ukraine, in the afternoon of 3 January.

On Friday morning, another echelon arrived in Baranovichi. This echelon consisted of 43 Kamaz and Ural trucks, BAZ-6306 tractors, five fuel tanks, two ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft guns, field kitchens and barrels of water. One of the cars had a license plate indicating that it belonged to the western war zone of Russia. Many trucks had the “Z” symbol painted on Russian vehicles in Ukraine.

Another echelon arrived on Friday morning at the Slonim railway station in the Grodno region. It consisted of 27 platform wagons with wheeled machines and tracked machines.

At 2:10 in the night, a special echelon with 15 passenger cars, containing about 800 Russian soldiers, set off through the Smolensk station in the direction of Belarus. It is thought that he arrived in Orsha or Vitebsk at night. Having stopped in the Vitebsk region, this echelon could continue in the Brest region, reported “Belaruski Gajun”.
