Foundever inaugurates its new site in Rabat, strengthening its presence in Morocco

The company Foundever, specializing in customer service solutions, officially inaugurated its new site in Rabat on April 23, 2024. This establishment, located within the Arribat Center shopping center, consolidates Foundever’s presence in the Moroccan capital, where it has been established for over 20 years.

With 3,800 employees in Rabat, Foundever offers its customers multilingual teams capable of responding to various needs, ranging from technical support to content moderation. The inauguration was marked by the presence of the company’s CEO, Laurent Uberti, who underlined the importance of this expansion as part of the company’s overall development.

For Réda Nejjar, COO Morocco at Foundever, the opening of this new site in Rabat reflects the company’s commitment to offering exceptional customer service solutions while contributing to the local economy. “Rabat, with its unique blend of history and modernity, represents the ideal terrain for our growth,” he adds.

For his part, Laurent Uberti specified that Morocco is at the heart of the company’s global development strategy. “Our prolonged presence in Morocco demonstrates the wealth of local talent and the strategic importance of the country as a hub of innovation and customer service,” he underlined. And added “the opening of our new site in Rabat, with the creation of more than 2,000 jobs, marks a significant step in our journey, reinforcing our desire to actively contribute to the local economy while capitalizing on expertise and Moroccan dynamics to better serve our customers around the world.”
