Mariann Thomassen (41) has been betrothed to her boyfriend and has said yes.
The pop star announces on social media on Sunday night that she will marry Jan Kristian Kielland Asmyhr (35), the chiropractor girlfriend for the past few years.
In a post with three pictures on Instagram tells Thomassen that the engagement was entered into the same day, Sunday 4 October.
«I said JA❤️ Herreguuuud how wonderful our love is –
my darling @jankekiellandasmyhr! Smiles and laughs from the whole session – thinking that I will marry my best friend, dad of Maja Rose and dear boyfriend Love you Jan Kristian miiiiiin», It sounds joyful from the 41-year-old.
Thomassen shows a close-up of the ring, as well as the ring that adorns the finger.

Thomassen informs VG that the courtship took place during their “unsavory Sunday dinner”.
– And with little Maja Rose as a witness. It feels absolutely beautiful to take our love a step further on our journey. Life is short, so you just have to enjoy every day. I have found the world’s best man – crazy, funny, sexy, kind and super dad! she adds.
The couple’s daughter came into the world summer 2018.

Thomassen broke through as a colorful frontman in the band Surferosa, which had its heyday in the mid-2000s. They released three albums, the most recent coming in 2008, “The Beat on the Street”.
The pop artist has also been seen on the TV screen, including as host of “Idol” in 2007.
This year she has been among the musicians who has gone out and expressed despair over how hard the cultural industry has been hit by the corona crisis and imposed restrictions.
