JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Police finally found Malika Anastasya (6), a girl who was kidnapped by someone at Jalan Gunung Sahari 7A, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta on Monday (2/1/2023) evening.
The victim is now being taken to Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta, to undergo physical and psychological health examination.
“Meanwhile, Malika’s condition is healthy. But we still need to medically check her health and psychology,” said Gunarto, head of the Criminal Investigation Unit for Central Jakarta Metropolitan Police AKBP Gunarto, when was contacted on Monday (2/1/2023) evening.

Meanwhile, the perpetrator was immediately taken to Central Jakarta Metropolitan Police Headquarters for further investigation
Central Jakarta Metropolitan Police investigators found Malika after 26 days tracing the kidnappers’ trail since he was reported on Dec. 7, 2022.
Gunarto explained that Malika was found with the perpetrators while carrying a cart to collect used goods in Ciledug area, Tangerang.
“We just secured it for Ciledug, now we are still at TKP,” said Gunarto.
FYI, Malika Anastasya was kidnapped by a man at Jalan Gunung Sahari 7A, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta on 7th December 2022.
The victim’s mother, Oni, said her older son or Malika’s brother were guarding their small shop at the time of the incident.
Then, the perpetrators who were actually familiar to the victim’s family came from Kemayoran’s direction and stopped by their shop to buy tea.
“He came here, asked my oldest son, ‘Is there any sweet tea or not?’, ‘No, there is coffee,'” Oni said, quoted by YouTube Kompas TV, on Saturday (12/17 /2022).
Aside from that, the perpetrator also asked if rice was available, but Oni’s eldest son told the perpetrator that his shop had no rice.
So, the author told Malika’s sister to buy the rice and cook it, while he bought the fried chicken.
“My son bought (rice) across the street and was told to cook it. He said, ‘Do you want to buy some chicken chicken, let’s eat together here,” said Oni.
When he was about to buy flour fried chicken not far from the stall owned by the victim’s family, the attacker asked Malika to accompany him.
“He says chicken chicken, he (the offender) teases my little child: “Do you want to go with me or not?” That’s it,” Oni said.

When the perpetrator asked the victim to buy some chicken, Malika’s older sister, who was Oni’s eldest child, told her father.
“My husband said, ‘At least buy the chicken, I’ll come home later. That’s usually the way it is,'” Oni said mimicking what her husband said.
However, as of the evening, Malika still hadn’t come home. Worried, Oni asked her husband to look for her daughter, but her efforts were in vain.
