Shokuiku is an educational practice to build awareness in forming healthy eating patterns.

It is also designed to change how a person thinks about food. Shokuiku is a simple method that supports weight management and promotes overall health, and from a cultural perspective, shokuiku also aims to reduce the impact of the rise of fast food franchises coming from abroad.

In Indonesian Shokuiku means from “food education”, this philosophy raises to encourage a balanced diet.
