Foster Moreau Overcomes Cancer Diagnosis to Sign Lucrative New Orleans Saints Contract

Foster Moreau is set to sign a contract with the New Orleans Saints in the NFL despite being diagnosed with cancer in March.

As “ESPN” reported on Wednesday, the 26-year-old tight end is said to have agreed on a three-year contract of up to $ 12 million with the franchise from the state of Louisiana.

Moreau had already introduced himself to the Saints in March as a potential new signing. The medical team from New Orleans diagnosed Hodgkin’s lymphoma in the 26-year-old.

According to his agent, Moreau is now reported to have had positive results following treatment and has been given the “green light” to return to the football field.

Moreau, born in New Orleans, played for the Oakland and Las Vegas Raiders from 2019 until the end of the past season.
