With Season 2 of Chapter 2 of Fortnite about to end, players are more on the alert than ever, looking for the slightest hint that would provide information on what Season 3 has in store for them.
A few days before, dataminers started to get hold of on posters which seemed to provide valuable information.
Season 3 should be about water
After deciphering these clues, and thanks to the support of a mysterious source, a youtubeur has advanced that the third season will be under the sign of water with parts of the map that will find themselves engulfed, the possibility of swimming under water and the appearance of some kind of shark vehicle.
Still on the theme of water, he added that DC Comics was going to take over from Marvel, notably with an Aquaman skin. It would likely replace Deadpool and its challenges, which means that you will have to take on different challenges every week in order to get Aquaman cosmetics.

The youtuber also added that there will be only a handful of reworked skins that will appear in Season 3, including a female variant of the Black Knight skin. There would also be new variants of Dark Vanguard and Teknique.
Besides cosmetics, it seems that environmental damage will be introduced in the form of a fire. For the moment, there is quite little information on this subject but players have speculated that it could act to light a fire at the bottom of a building and to watch it burn like in Minecraft .
