A Epic Games announced that, thanks to ‘Fortnite’, it managed to donate a total of 144 million dollars (about 131 million euros) in humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
The donation is part of an initiative announced by Epic Games on last monthwhich saw the company donate all of the revenue earned in the first two weeks of the new ‘Fortnite’ season.
This campaign started on April 20th and lasted until last Sunday, April 3rd. The donation was made to five humanitarian organisations, namely UNICEF, Direct Relief, the World Food Programme, the World Central Kitchen and the UN Refugee Agency.
