FNCS rules (simple version)

Here is the progress of a standard Fortnite Champion Series weekend in a synthesized version. This prelude to the weekend of March 14/15 constitutes a sort of “blank test”, and its course will be the same during the actual sessions, the following weeks.

The weekly qualifications are done in three stages: open tournament, semi-final and final.

  • Open tournament: Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: all players who have reached the Rivalry league in the arena can participate, players have 3 hours to play 10 games, the 1000 best duets advance to the semi-final.
  • Semi-final: Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.: 3 hours to play 10 games, the 50 best duos advance to the final.
  • Final: Sunday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.: 3 hours to play 6 games, the 20 best duets are qualified for the Stage Group (during real sessions, not during the prelude).
