The final of Fortnite Chapter 2 appears to have been largely leaked. A TikTok user revealed this on his account after accidentally watching a commercial for Fortnite Chapter 3 got to see.
The cutscene picks up where the teaser for Fortnite Chapter 2’s The End event stops. So you see that Agent Jones is sucked under water and surfaced in a place where all UFOs hang in the air. Shortly afterwards you see a flash of light that causes the island to rotate 180 degrees and fall into the water.

Furthermore, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson appears in a new movie hint on his Instagram that he will play the role of the character The Foundation. Those hints are reinforced by what he says and what you see in the video. For example, the helmet and the weapon of The Foundation are visible in the video.
