After the game was level in the first 20 minutes, Linz had the better end shortly before the break and took the lead with 15:12. A 5-0 run after the break got the Kremsers back on track and gave them a lead.
With a constant narrow deficit from Linz’s point of view until the end of the game, they finally had to admit defeat by a wafer-thin 29:30. This means that FÖRTHOF UHK KREMS climbs to fourth place in the table and secures a quarter-final ticket!
