Formula 1 race in Bahrain stopped due to terrible accident

Formula 1 Stage 15 Race – Bahrain Grand Prix has been suspended indefinitely due to an accident involving French Haas driver Romain Grosjean.

The incident happened on the first lap. At the exit from the third turn, the 34-year-old racer lost control, touched the car of Russian Daniil Kvyat and crashed into the fence, after which the Frenchman’s car instantly caught fire.

Despite the terrible accident, Grosjean left his car on his own. According to the Haas press office, the rider has minor burns on his hands and ankles, but is otherwise fine. In the near future he will undergo a medical examination.
