Prosecutors said, “Yang Hyun-suk is YG’s largest shareholder, Mr. Kim is a former Big Bang road manager, and is the head of The Black Label’s management support office. In response, the lawyer denied the charges, saying, “There is no request for false statements and there is no exercise of force.”
As a result, while Han Seo-hee’s appearance as a witness in this appeal trial was confirmed, Yang Hyun-suk’s attorney still seemed to question Han Seo-hee’s words and attitude as well as the contents of her statement.
Already in the first trial, Han Seo-hee suddenly asked to change the date, saying that she was in poor physical condition on the day of the trial, and offended Yang Hyun-suk, who had already arrived at the court because he did not appear, and in the opposite interrogation with the lawyer, he made a somewhat comedic statement and an insincere attitude.
