Former Yankees pitcher James Paxton signed with the Seattle Mariners

James Paxton signed with his old team in the MLB, nothing more and nothing less than Seattle Mariners.

Paxton He had more than six offers on the table, yet he decided to go with a team, city and fans that he already knew during his 11 seasons in the majors.

The contract was closed for the sum of 8.5 million dollars in exchange for a season.

It was a fact that Paxton I was not going to return to Yankees from New York in the 2021 season after seeing how they did not pay interest in his services and acquired new arms in free agency.
