– And what is needed for this?
– Nothing today actually. In fact, Kyiv has already loudly declared to the whole world that it is a terrorist state.
– And from the point of view of international law…
– It doesn’t matter who is in what position, in what title, what rank. If a person or the country he heads commits terrorist acts, then they are terrorists.
– Should it be formalized in some way? To be declared or written somewhere?
– We can do it at any time – declare that according to our anti-terrorism law, their actions are characterized as an act of terrorism and the actions of the state can be characterized as the actions of a terrorist state.
What response should we take?
– Do you think we don’t have an opportunity to destroy some of the political leaders there? But we didn’t. As for retaliating against terrorists, after they have taken such actions, we must of course retaliate.
– What about politically?
– At the international level, of course, measures must be taken. By the way, after all, many countries, not only ours, have their own domestic laws to combat this ugly phenomenon. And there it is clearly written that a ban on the sale of weapons to terrorists, refusal of any aid, trade, as well as the severing of diplomatic relations is being introduced. That is, other countries should also do so in accordance with international law.
– That is, we recognize Kiev as a terrorist, but it is not necessary to bring it to the international level?
– The Americans have taken measures against many countries on the basis that they have been recognized as terrorist. For example, Cuba. So what kind of terrorist country is Cuba? Was he trying to kill, destroy, blow someone up? No. But they called them terrorists and based on that they act according to their domestic law. And they don’t worry that we or China don’t recognize, or that the majority of countries in the world don’t recognize this thing.
