Former host of the talk show “The Domino Principle” Elena Ishcheeva spoke about the incident that happened with her son in Prague.
“He tried to walk through the city with the Russian flag celebrating Victory Day. He was almost beaten up at Vaclavka. Because he is with the Russian flag on Victory Day. He then called me and said: “Mom, we have nothing more to do here,” the TV presenter recalled in an interview on the YouTube channel “Empathy Manuchi».
She added that previously she periodically went to live in the Czech Republic for more than 10 years, and theoretically there is excellent real estate abroad. But now the TV presenter has “closed this country to herself” after the incident with the monument to Marshal Konev.
“When they toppled the monument to Marshal Konev in Prague 6 with a bait on May 9. And at that moment I said: “stop, car, this country doesn’t interest me anymore.” This is a slap in our souls on such a level that even my villa is in a luxurious place… I said – I won’t set foot here anymore. I kept my word. I didn’t appear in Prague again,” Ishcheeva emphasized.
She noted that her son also returned to Russia after the incident with the flag, although he studied in Prague. Using a special program, he managed to get into MGIMO and is now successfully studying.
Now Ishcheeva lives with her family in Russia, running a business at a cullet processing plant.
