Former Spokesman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (NCP) Febri Diansyah insinuated that the KPK program was about to collaborate with exes corruptor or former corruption convicts in preventing corruption in Indonesia.
The initial news that spread to the public was that the KPK planned to use former corruption convicts as extension agents, but this was later clarified. The KPK emphasized that they were cooperating with them to provide testimony about the bad effects of corruption.
“In the future, bolder breakthroughs are needed. Not only making former corrupt convicts as anti-corruption counselors, but making them the leaders of the KPK. Who is your candidate?” said Febri in a tweet on the Twitter account @febridiansyah quoted Tuesday (24/8).
He said maintaining sanity in the midst of the current deplorable conditions is not an easy task.

Meanwhile, the KPK has confirmed that it will not use former corruption convicts as anti-corruption counselors.
