According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italian federation has added De Rossi’s name to the list of potential candidates to replace former U21 coach Paolo Nicolato, who resigned after the team’s disastrous performance at UEFA EURO 2023.
Recall that the youth national team of Italy took 3rd place in group C, passing ahead of France and Switzerland.
