In addition to Medvedev, most of the members of the Russian Security Council are on the list. Putin’s name, who is the president of the Russian Security Council, was not mentioned by the SBU.

Medvedev’s name has actually been on the list for more than six months, but it was only announced by the SBU this week. It is not clear why the Ukrainian authorities did not release this information earlier or why it was only now made public.
