Former President of Latvia Guntis Ulmanis has suffered a serious car accident, reports “Kas Jauns”.
The health condition of former President Guntis Ulmanis was critical after the severe car accident.
According to the portal, Guntis Ulmanis was on the verge of death. He spent four months in hospital.
He is currently forced to spend his daily life in a wheelchair.
Aunt Ulmane, the wife of Guntis Ulmanis, has also been facing serious health problems for six months now.
“It turns out that now we are both trying to get up,” Ulmanis told the magazine “Kas Jauns”.
