Specov was personally appointed by Asen Vassilev as the head of the NRA. The roundup caused a wave of scandals after it became clear that Spetsov had transferred the company with multimillion-dollar liabilities to the Revenue Agency and thus effectively absolved himself of responsibility.
Shortly after Kiril Petkov’s government was overthrown by a vote of no confidence, Spetsov was dismissed from office.
It seems that he, the former head of the NRA, has returned to sculpting muscles and is probably back in Dubai, where he lived before his appointment by Asen Vassilev.
