TEL AVIV – Former head of Israel’s Mossad spy agency Tamir Pardo believes his country is headed for self-destruction.
Tamir Pardo’s estimate was revealed by the Zionist-religious news portal, Makor Rishon, on Sunday (6/8/2023).
Tamir Pardo explained that he came to his conclusion after the signing of the coalition agreement among the parties in the right-wing cabinet, even before the announcement of the judicial reform plan by Israeli Justice Minister Yariv Levin.
“Israel has been caught up in a destructive operation, a judicial overhaul plan, for the last five months without any sound reason,” Pardo said.
He noted, “The current cabinet is moving toward self-destruction with the entire Zionist state.”
If Iran did this when he took office, Pardo asserted, he would not need intelligence resources again; he will believe that Israel’s sworn enemy will destroy itself.
