During her participation in the Miss World competition in 2015, Cherica de Armas failed to reach the top 30 list in the competition that was held in the city of Sanya (China). But by that time, when she was 18 years old, the young woman had already revealed her passion for fashion and beauty competitions. “I always wanted to be a model,” she said in 2015. “I love everything related to fashion and I believe that in the beauty pageant, which is every girl’s dream, I will have the opportunity to participate in the Miss Universe competition.
