Until October of this year, the sole owner of NMS Laboratory was the Estonian company Baltic Lab Holding, but now 100% of the capital is owned by SIA Contract Pharma, whose sole owner is Belēvičs.

Belēvičs has also become the chairman of the board of “NMS laboratory”. Artūrs Altbergs, a member of the Board who was previously the Chairman of the Board, also works on the Board.

Belēvičs told LETA that the laboratory business was not new to him, because he had previously been the founder of “Central Laboratory” and for a long time also the largest shareholder.

“I am returning to the laboratory business and intend to develop it by offering more and more new analyzes to the NMS laboratory, which the laboratory has not performed so far,” said Belevičs. Belēvičs did not want to provide detailed comments on the planned investments and the planned new services.

“NMS Laboratory” in 2019 had a turnover of 4.661 million euros and earned a profit of 164,168 euros, according to “Firmas.lv” information.

The company was founded in 1995 and its share capital is 72,624 euros.
