“Spot shot”
Former Minister Ghazi Al-Aridi considered that “Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s message to former Minister Walid Jumblatt aimed to express a word of thanks to the latter for his positions from the first moment of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation until now, as he is the only one who was the first to take a position that can be built upon.”
In an interview via “Spot Shot” within the “Point of View” program, Al-Ardi said: “We did not undertake this process in keeping with any party or in the context of our relations with it. What we did goes back to the principled position of the Progressive Socialist Party towards the Palestinian issue and the Palestinian people.”
He stressed that “the war in Gaza concerns the Lebanese with the conflicts taking place in the region. Otherwise, why would all these countries intervene to not lure Lebanon or attack it? There is nothing in the region that is not deeply connected to what is happening on the land of Palestine because of the presence of the Israeli usurping and terrorist entity.”
He believed that “until now, despite the differences, what is happening in the south is still controlled within the framework of the rules of the game, and the clash does not go beyond expanding the area from here or there.”
