In a video published on his private Instagram account, Preto Casagrande said that the midfielder is looking for a place to live in Salvador.
“Everton Ribeiro is already expected in Salvador, he is already looking for a residence to rent. I have now received this information, first hand, that Everton Ribeiro is already looking for residence here in Salvador so that he can also be announced, soon, as a new player for Esporte Clube Bahia,” he said.
Everton Ribeiro ended his contract with Flamengo on December 31st of last year. The player negotiated his stay at Rubro-Negro, but the parties disagreed on the length of the contract. The Rio club only wanted one more year of contract, while the midfielder wanted at least two.
