The former mayor of Cartagena Pedrito Pereira informed the Mundo Noticias portal that his truck had been robbed by what appears to be a gang dedicated to robbing cars in the Bocagrande, Manga, El Laguito and Castillogrande sectors, the latter the place where the former president had left his vehicle for a few moments, a fact that was exploited by criminals.
Pereira affirmed that he is waiting for the security videos of the area to proceed to institute the respective lawsuit in the Prosecutor’s Office, at the same time that he pointed out that the amount of the robbery in his Toyota Runner truck, whose side windows were broken before stealing elements such as sound equipment and other valuables that can easily exceed 4 million pesos.
