The sale of two shops in the textile branch, in Calolziocorte and Vimercate, has recently been completed. For a third, that of Cassano, it will be necessary to wait a few more days, while for the shop in Ponte San Pietro everything is postponed to September.
The Chinese company Wtt srls acquired them. «If the auction for the sale of the Cassano property, scheduled for next week, should go empty, the company has made itself available to rent this shop as well. And in September it could also take over that of Ponte San Pietro ». Massimo Monzani, liquidator of the company, explains this.
