Italian Antonio Conte, former coach of Juventus, confirmed his regret for leaving the “old lady” after only three years.

Conte revealed that he received a huge offer from Saudi Arabia during the Mercato last summer.

Conte said in statements reported by reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano: “I rejected a huge offer from Saudi Arabia, and I decided to say no.”

Regarding his departure from coaching Juventus, he said: “I regretted leaving Juventus after only 3 years.”

He added: “I would like to try coaching Roma or Napoli one day, but I usually prefer to take charge at the end of the season.”

Roma’s training is currently led by Portuguese Jose Mourinho, while Napoli is led by Frenchman Rudi Garcia.
