Former Italian footballer Antonio Cassano criticized the past performances of Inter Milan and the club’s coach Simone Inzaghi.

Inter recorded four losses and only one victory in the previous five games. “Inter are a real disaster, they do strange things. They created chances against Fiorentina and didn’t deserve to lose, but Inzaghi should quit. This has to be done for the club to take the next step in its development.” Calciomercato.com quoted Cassana.

Inter lost successively in Serie A against Bologna (0:1), Spezia (1:2), Juventus (0:1) and Fiorentina (0:1). He only beat Lecce 2:0. In these matches, the Slovakian defender was missing from the lineup due to injury Milan Skriniar.

Inter are in 4th place in the table, which guarantees them participation in the group stage of the Champions League, but fifth-placed AS Roma also has 50 points. Sixth Atalanta Bergamo loses only two points to the “nerrazurri”.
