Former Husband Sues Assets, Jenita Janet: I am very shocked

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Dangdut singer Jenita Janet admitted shocking to know her ex-husband Alief Hedy Nurmaulid sued harta gana-gini after they divorced.

Jenita Janet said her surprise was on YouTube shows Cumicumi quoted Kompas.com, Wednesday (5/8/2020).

“I was very shocked because I had always really fought for the independence of the household. I had sacrificed the results of my efforts, not really thinking,” said Janet.

Jenita Janet said, all this time she had always struggled to make ends meet for the household with her work.

In fact, Janet claimed she never demanded the income she was supposed to receive from Alief when they separated.

“I’m a woman, I work hard, I want to help my husband. To be honest, just yesterday I was divorced when I didn’t sue at all even though I wasn’t left with anything. I was sincere about the divorce yesterday,” Janet said.

Therefore, Jenita Janet feels hurt when Alief is now asking for part of the results of her hard work so far.

“Suddenly I did not think, now my ex-husband is even demanding what I have gotten, what I have achieved. Requesting to be shared. To be honest, this is very painful actually,” said the singer of “Direject”.
