A former employee of Rudy Giuliani has filed a lawsuit against her former employer. She accuses the former counsel of Donald Trump of sexual assault and harassment and demands a total of 10 million dollars. According to the woman, Giuliani would have made her work “unbearable”.
The woman, Noelle Dunphy, joined Giuliani in January 2019 as director of business development. The abuse would have started almost immediately after she took office. Trump’s former counsel allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him, among other things. He would also have demanded that the woman work naked or in a bikini.
In addition, Dunphy says that Giuliani and former President Trump set up a plan in which they provided a presidential pardon in exchange for $ 2 million. In doing so, a convict is pardoned by the president.
Last January, Dunphy made the allegations public, but today the full, 70-page indictment was published. Dunphy says he has several audio recordings that prove Giuliani’s guilt. In those recordings, it would be heard, among other things, that he makes sexually tinted comments. He is also said to have spoken racist and anti-Semitic.
Unpaid wages
In addition, Dunphy states that the now 78-year-old Giuliani still owes her millions in unpaid wages. At the time of her employment, he would have promised her an amount of $ 1 million per year, but she would not have received the vast majority of the money. The woman worked for Giuliani from 2019 to 2021.
Giuliani’s spokesman called the allegations “pure harassment and attempted extortion”. Giuliani is the former counsel for the former president and served as mayor of New York from 1994 to 2002.
