Klagenfurt/Vienna – Ex-Hypo-Alpe-Adria-International board member Josef Kircher was not legally sentenced to an additional sentence of five months in prison on Wednesday for breach of trust. The charges related to a EUR 2.1 million loan that Hypo granted to a Croatian company in 2006. The process will continue at the end of August at the regional court in Klagenfurt, then it will be about a second loan from 2003 for the same company.
