“Former England Batsman Urges Virat Kohli to Switch Teams for IPL 2023”

IPL 2023: Former England batsman Kevin Pietersen wants Royal Challengers Bangalore star Virat Kohli to switch teams for the next season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Pietersen’s opinion is that Virat Kohli should move to Delhi Capitals. Pietersen’s reaction comes after Bangalore went out without winning the title for the 16th season.

A win in the last match of the league would have allowed Bangalore to enter the playoffs. Bangalore raised the target of 197 runs thanks to Virat Kohli’s century. But Bangalore were answered by Shubman Gill in the same coin as Gujarat secured their 10th win of the tournament.

Kohli has been with Bangalore since the first season of IPL. Kohli also holds the record of playing the most matches for one team in the IPL. Kohli played 230 matches and scored more than 7,000 runs. Kohli himself is the first run chaser in IPL.

But after Kohli vacated the captaincy, he made it clear that he would not leave the team. It’s a beautiful journey. Our dream is to win the IPL title. I never think about leaving this team. The love and support of the fans always amazes me, Kohli said.
