The report stated that Liu Wenxin acted on his own initiative, violated the law, acted arbitrarily and recklessly, and engaged in “seven things.”

The so-called “seven things” come from “Excerpts of Xi Jinping’s Excerpts on the Construction of Party Style and Clean Government and the Fight against Corruption”. The article mentioned, “Some people ignore the party’s political discipline and rules. For the sake of their so-called official career and their so-called influence, some engage in nepotism and exclude dissidents, and some engage in gangs and cliques. “There are those who make anonymous false accusations and create rumors, there are those who try to win people’s hearts and win votes, there are those who appoint officials and make wishes, and there are those who use their titles to celebrate, there are those who go their own way and act against the will, and there are also those who try to make false claims about the central government.”

The report also stated that Liu Wenxin engaged in double-dealing, acted as a two-faced person, resisted organizational censorship, engaged in feudal superstitious activities, privately collected and read books and periodicals with serious political issues; violated regulations and accepted banquets, travel and activity arrangements that may affect the fair execution of official duties, and sought special Treatment, advocating hedonism, flying first class against the rules; accepting gifts and money against the rules, having bad morals, living an extremely corrupt and degenerate life, engaging in power, sex, money and sex transactions, having long-term improper sexual relations with others, whoring and gambling; playing with things and being obsessed with knives ; Allocating expenses to enterprises in violation of regulations, intervening in judicial activities in violation of regulations, etc.

The public resume shows that Liu Wenxin was born in August 1967 and is a native of Pingxiang, Jiangxi. He once worked as a teacher at Majiaqiao Middle School in Xiuwen County, Guiyang City and a lawyer at the Xiuwen County Law Firm.

In September 1993, Liu Wenxin entered the work of Xiuwen County Court. In September 1997, he was appointed as the deputy president of Xiuwen County Court. Since then, he has worked in Xiuwen County for a long time.

Since 2002, Liu Wenxin has served as secretary of the Guiyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, secretary of the Party Leadership Group, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Guiyang Municipal Committee, deputy secretary of the Nanming District Committee of Guiyang, acting district chief, district chief, member of the Standing Committee of the Guiyang Municipal Committee, and director of the United Front Work Department. Since November 2013, he has served as deputy secretary of the Guiyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, deputy mayor, acting mayor, mayor and party secretary of the municipal government.

From August 2017, Liu Wenxin was appointed Secretary of the Qianxinan State Committee of the Communist Party of China. From March 2022, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. He was dismissed from office on October 26, 2022.
