Héctor Hugo Pinto, Aguilar, Former nationalist deputy for the department of Copán, was shot to death yesterday along with another person in the El Centro neighborhood of the municipality of El Paraíso, police authorities reported.
Pinto Aguilar, who held a deputation in the National Congress (2014-2018) for Copán, was attacked with bullets by a hooded man in the house of a citizen named Miguel Mejía. Another man identified as Melvin Solís also died in the attack. According to the preliminary report by the authorities, Mejía reported that a man entered the house with his face covered and with a long gun shot the victims.
