Thiruvananthapuram: Former DCC general secretaries Thambanoor Satish and Udayan, former president of KPCC sports venue and former sports council chairperson Padmini Thomas have quit the Congress.
Joined BJP. BJP State President K. They took membership from Surendran.
Thambanoor Sathish is raising a complaint that he was not given due representation in the reorganization of KPCC as he has a long tradition of work. Padmini Thomas alleged that women in the party are not being treated and there are currently five groups in the party which is in a deplorable state. Some party workers from the coastal region and former leaders of the Fishermen’s Congress have left the party and joined the BJP.
