Former Danseskoal Laksda (Ret.) Herry Setianegara Dies in Accident on Boyolali Toll Road

KOMPAS.com – Former Commander of the Navy Command and Staff School (Danseskoal) Rear Admiral (Ret.) Harry Setianegara and the driver of the British Frigate Tianto Putro, died in an accident at Boyolali TollCentral Java, Saturday (30/7/2022).

The accident involved a Toyota Fortuner carrying Herry and a tronton truck.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol. Iqbal Alqudusy, said the Toyota Fortuner involved in the accident was an official vehicle of the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla) with police number 25213-00.

“The two victims who died were the driver and passenger of the Fortuner,” he said, quoted from Between.

He explained that the incident began when the Fortuner car and truck numbered AG 9656 UB were both traveling from west to east.

Arriving at KM 483+500, the Fortuner hit a truck moving in front of it.

Frigate and Herry died. Meanwhile, another Fortuner passenger is injured and has received help at the hospital.
