In El Pedregal, the Prosecutor’s Office achieves a sentence of 2 years and 8 months for judicial technician
The Provincial Corporate Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of El Pedregal in the province of Caylloma obtained a sentence of two years and eight months of imprisonment against the judicial technician of the Court of Majes, José Condo Coaquira for having defrauded the litigant Adolfo Machaca Ticona who had a case by omission to family assistance in which he had to pay civil compensation as a rule of conduct.
Machaca Ticona had to comply with the payment of civil reparation as a rule of conduct, for which the convicted person, in his capacity as a court worker, posed as a trial lawyer and under the name of José Manuel Lazo Paz, who is the prosecutor of El Pedregal. He requested the sum of S/3556 to solve his process.
In addition, he charged him the sum of S/100 for his professional services and that he would not have to appear at the court hearings since the money would be deposited by him.
In an oral trial, the prosecutor attached to the provincial Jesús Manuel Gallegos Basurco demonstrated the criminal and civil responsibility of the judicial worker. Likewise, he must also pay the sum of S / 1000 for civil reparation.
It should be noted that José Condo Coaquira in August 2021 was removed from his position for requesting illegal money, among other offenses he committed during 2016. The El Pedregal prosecutor discovered the case through a video where Condo is seen receiving money .
