Biocoop is indeed returning to the Thionville landscape, with an independent store of 320 m² which will employ a team of seven people and will offer more than 4,500 references of organic products without pesticides, GMOs or synthetic aromas… To the management of this brand , first network of organic and fair trade stores in France: Anthony Piccininno, 32 years old. Born in Metz, then domiciled in the Orne valley, and today installed near Sierck, the boss made a 180 degree turn to reconcile entrepreneurship and passio.

He says: “I did my high school in Metz, then joined the ICN, business school in Nancy. I graduated in 2012 and worked for six years as an operational performance consultant in a consulting firm in Luxembourg. My job brought me to Luxembourg, France, Belgium and the Czech Republic. Become a benchmark organic store
