Former British Defense Minister Ben Wallace called on Germany to unblock the supply of Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine.
Wallace made his appeal on the evening of October 5 on Twitter (X), writes “European Truth”.
“Any time Russia attacks civilians and violates international law by targeting civilian infrastructure in Ukraine, an appropriate response is required. We did this with Starstreak and Storm Shadow. Now Germany must send its Taurus missile systems to Ukraine and join Britain and France,” Wallace said.
Every time Russia strikes civilians & breaks international law by targeting civilian infrastructure in Ukraine there needs to be a response. We did that with Starstreak and Storm Shadow. Germany should now send their Taurus missile systems to Ukraine and join the UK and France.

On October 5, Russians attacked a cafe-shop in the village of Groza, Kupyansky district in the Kharkov region. 51 deaths are known.
This the deadliest Russian attack in the Kharkov region since the start of the full-scale invasion.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz explained on October 5 that Germany has not yet made a decision on supplying Taurus long-range missiles to Ukraine because trying to prevent an “escalation” of the war.
