After Dominika became the proud mother of two children, she enjoyed motherhood and did not worry about her body so much, which is understandable. During pregnancy, but also after childbirth, the body goes through not only hormonal changes, but also proportional ones. When she stopped breastfeeding her daughter, she announced that she was going to do something with her body and get started. She decided to document everything and share it with her fans, admitting that if she can motivate someone in the same way, she will be happy about it.

The former professional athlete is under the supervision of experts who take care of her nutritional and balanced diet. Dominika has shared several times what her menu looks like for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A varied diet and no diets or restrictions. After cutting out alcohol, her visceral fat decreased, which we all know can be dangerous and is literally a hidden threat. Most recently, after two months of starting this challenge, she boasted that she had already lost 9 kilos, of which 8 kilos were pure fat.
