In the indictment, Meler was listed as “complainant” and former Ankaragücü Club President Faruk Koca, Kenan Çelikkaya, Osman Erkam Can and Şahin Yunus Şahin were listed as “suspects”.

One of the suspects, Koca, was sentenced to 3 years, 4 months to 10 years, 1 month and 15 days for the crime of “deliberately injuring a person in a sports field due to his public duty”, 6 months to 2 years for the crime of “threat”, 6 months to 2 years for the “Law on Preventing Violence and Disorder in Sports”. For “noncompliance”, a prison sentence of 3 months to 1 year or a judicial fine was requested.

In the indictment, Çelikkaya and Şahin were sentenced to imprisonment of 3 years, 4 months to 10 years, 1 month and 15 days for the crime of “deliberately causing bone fractures in the sports field due to the public duty performed by the person” and for “violation of the Law on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports”. They were asked to be sentenced to imprisonment from 3 months to 1 year or to a judicial fine.

Can was sentenced to 6 months to 1 year in prison for the crime of “deliberately attempting to injure a person in a way that would cause a bone fracture in the sports field due to his public duty”, and 3 months to 1 year in prison or a judicial fine for “violation of the Law on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports”. requested.

The suspects were also banned from watching in accordance with Article 18 of the Law No. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports.
