Al-Marsad newspaper: Fouad Anwar, a former Al-Nasr and Al-Shabab club player, revealed the reason that prompted him to reject Al-Shabab Club’s invitation to open its new stadium.
Anwar said during his interview with the “Al-Moustaf” program: If I had been invited to open the youth stadium, I would not have gone because I know the public’s thinking, why should I embarrass myself and sit and listen to a few words?
He added: Now on Twitter, I cannot stand some people. Anyone who says a letter to me, I block him and I do not respond to him or anyone else.
He continued: As for the administration and those present, I find an excuse for them, and the audience will not accept that you come, pointing out: The new Al-Shabab Stadium can accommodate only 15,000 fans.
